Where is our data stored?
Workspace data is hosted in Indonesia-based data centres by default, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Dedicated deployment options are available for enterprise plans.
Does Dokufi AI train on our documents?
No. Your content is never used to train models. AI features only access content the requesting user already has permission to view.
Can we migrate from Notion, Confluence or Word files?
Yes. Dokufi imports Notion exports, Confluence spaces, Markdown, Word and PDF files, and our team supports guided migrations for larger workspaces.
How do approvals work?
Any page can be routed through a single or multi-level approval flow. Once approved, the version is locked, timestamped and recorded in the audit trail.
Do you support SSO and user provisioning?
Yes. SAML 2.0 SSO, enforced MFA and SCIM provisioning are available, working with major identity providers.
How long does rollout take?
