A. Use of the Platform

To use the Platform you may need to register an account or be invited to a workspace by your organisation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Complete identity verification or SSO authentication where required by your workspace administrator.
• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.

You must not: use the Platform for unlawful activity; upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the Platform; distribute malware; resell or sublicense access without our written consent; or use the Platform to build a competing product.

B. Customer content and workspaces

You (or your organisation) retain all rights to the content you create or upload to the Platform. You grant Dokufi a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide and secure the service.

Workspace administrators control membership, permissions, retention and export of workspace content. Dokufi does not use customer content to train AI models.

C. Representations and warranties

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms, including on behalf of your organisation where applicable.
• You will not use your account for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• All information you provide is true, accurate and not misleading.
• You have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
• Use by persons under the legal age of majority is only permitted with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or guardian.

D. Event of default

An event of default occurs if you breach these Terms, use the Platform without authorisation, make false statements, or engage in suspicious or harmful activity. In such cases Dokufi may, at its discretion:

• Suspend or terminate your account or workspace access.
• Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
• Take legal action and cooperate with competent authorities.

E. Plans, fees and availability

Paid plans are governed by the applicable order form or subscription agreement, including fees, term and service levels. We may modify, add or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and will maintain the service levels agreed for your plan.

F. Liabilities

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Dokufi is not liable for: the accuracy of content created by users or generated by AI features; interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control; third-party sites or services linked from the Platform; or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for losses caused by Dokufi's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. You are fully responsible for the information and content you provide.

G. Intellectual property

Dokufi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. The “Dokufi” name, logo, software, design and all related elements are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Platform. Any unauthorised use terminates the licence granted.

H. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

I. Dispute settlement

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).

J. Other provisions

The Platform uses cookies for authentication, preferences and analytics; by using it you consent to their use as described in our Privacy Policy. The Platform may contain links to third-party sites, which we do not control. We may monitor use of the Platform to secure the service and enforce these Terms.

We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
